• Worker Information: Name, email address, phone number, location, resume details, work history, skills, educational background, job preferences, and credential documents (such as certifications, licenses, or diplomas).
• Recruiter & Employer Information: Name, business contact details, company profile, job postings, team member accounts, and payment billing details.
• Verification Data: Documents and information submitted by Workers to verify credentials or qualifications. All verification processes are conducted strictly in-house by our internal team.
• Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, and standard web log activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to operate, support, and improve our matching service. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Connect Workers with relevant job opportunities and Recruiters.
• Verify Worker credentials and qualifications in-house to maintain platform quality and trust.
• Facilitate direct communication between Workers and Recruiters regarding job openings.
• Process transactions and manage account billing for Recruiters.
• Maintain account security, detect fraud, and troubleshoot platform functionality.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations within the United States.

3. Data Sharing & Visibility

Our core service involves connecting Workers with Recruiters. We share information in the following ways to fulfill that service:

• Between Workers and Recruiters: When a Worker creates a profile or applies for a position, relevant information (such as work experience, skills, verified credentials, and resume details) is made visible to participating Recruiters.
• No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal information or user data to third parties under any circumstances.
• In-House Verification: All credential checks and worker verification procedures are conducted internally. We do not transfer your credentials or identity documents to third-party verification brokers.
• Payment Processing: Payment details submitted by Recruiters are processed securely through established payment gateways solely to execute authorized billing transactions in full compliance with US banking and security standards.
• Legal Disclosures: We may disclose information if required to do so by US federal or state law, court orders, or enforceable governmental requests.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All platform data is stored on secure servers located within the United States.

While we employ industry-standard safeguards, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
